We invite you to join our Bariatric Coaching Group designed specifically for individuals pre- and post-surgery who want practical tools, ongoing support, and evidence-based guidance to help them stay on track for the long term. Research consistently shows that ongoing group support after surgery is linked to better long-term outcomes.

You may register one month at a time, giving you the flexibility to continue, pause, or return as needed.
